Welcome to MyBedFrames, our mattresses are handmade in our workshops with techniques passed down over generations. We use the finest quality luxurious fillings giving comfort and untroubled sleep to the most discerning. Every bed is individually made to order by hand.

Our Lucy 1000 model is part of our pillow top range offering a surface to snuggle into and sublime comfort.

Our Pillow Top model is a soft to medium feel mattress, with the pillow top providing a softer feel giving a really lightweight air less feel that gradually gets firmer as pressure increases.

You will be supported by 1000 of our unique unique curvation individual pocket springs that work independently from each other.

These will contour and mould to the shape of your body and are designed to alleviate lower back pain with the aim to improving your body’s posture.

We then hand layer hypoallergenic fillings to give a deep comfort to the mattress. Finally we add our cloud pillow top layer which contains natural latex a unique feature of this model.

Without doubt a level of comfort unlike anything you may have felt before, giving a very soft top to the mattress that you can really snuggle into.

We use a soft touch knitted fabric to provide a soft and breathable surface and ensure a fresh and hygienic night’s sleep

The mattress border is side stitched to improve the firmness to the edge.

Flag stitched turning handles, make it easy to rotate the mattress, improving longevity as this is a one sided mattress and does not require turning over.

We also secure air vents to allow moisture release in the mattress giving the perfect solution for a cool, dry sleep.

Delivery Information

Delivery is free and takes 3-7 working days from order. Delivery days are shown on the map within our delivery tab above. We deliver all of our mattresses on our own transport and will contact you to arrange the delivery directly.

You will be called the day before delivery to book in the delivery and the driver will contact you on the day of delivery.

It’s good. First thing to say is that it comes in four packages so it’s ok to get upstairs without destroying the walls. Two of the packages are quite heavy, the headboard and the sides with gas struts. Having got it upstairs is fun to put together if you like that kind of thing. The instructions aren’t good. There is no number or letter code to the packets of various screws so you have to work out which screw to use by how many have supplied you of each one. I ended up with a couple of bits left which I couldn’t identify in the instructions. It hasn’t collapsed yet. The instructions are pictures, no text. The most awkward bit is attaching the metal base to the gas struts which they seem to think you do at a 45 degree angle as the gas struts won’t sit flat because their default it to be up at the raised angle. In the end I detached a couple of screws holding the gas struts so that they were flat to put the heavy metal base onto and then, once fitted, re-attach the gas struts. It’s quite possible I didn’t understand what they wanted me to do in the first place. So it’s up. I’m not a fan of wooden slats but we have a good solid mattress so no sounds coming from it as you move. Lifting the base for storage is quite heavy and the footboard makes it hard to get your hand down to get hold of it. If you’re not used to a footboard, expect to be walking into it for a while with sore legs as your mind assumes it’s just a duvet at the end. It’s ok. Seems solid. Ok to look at. I would have a divan but we wanted to maximise our storage.

Within a month of purchase the internal frame to the bedbase broke so that one of the legs has collapsed making the bed unuseable. I'm very disappointed
